Buyer agrees to pay all closing costs, including but not limited to title fees, escrow fees, transfer taxes, recording fees, attorney fees, and any other settlement charges, unless otherwise stated in writing.
A minimum non-refundable earnest money deposit of $5,000 is required from all buyers unless a different amount is specified in the contract. Earnest money becomes non-refundable upon execution of the assignment contract or purchase agreement except in cases expressly outlined in writing. Earnest money shall be deposited with the designated title company or closing attorney and will be applied to the buyer’s total purchase amount at closing.
Favor Home Solutions LLC does not guarantee access to the property for inspections, viewings, or walkthroughs. Access is subject to seller or occupant permission and availability and may be limited or denied at any time. If utilities are not active at the property, the buyer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for temporary utility activation for inspection purposes, subject to seller approval.
All marketing materials represent Favor Home Solutions LLC’s equitable interest in a valid Purchase and Sale Agreement and do not constitute ownership of the real property. We are selling or assigning our contractual rights only.
