This is a site built home with a 1 car garage attached. Aside from some things being outdated, this property is basically move-in ready.

The hardwood floors are in great shape, and are original to this house. The ceiling has tiles, so it just needs drywall to update it. 

The kitchen cabinets are original to the home, so they should be replaced. Bathroom was last updated in the early 2000’s, so it needs a face lift too. 

The bathroom does have some mildew on the ceiling due to a lack of ceiling fan so you will need to replace some of the green board in that bathroom and add a ceiling fan to help prevent that problem. 

You could make a master suite upstairs (adding a bathroom upstairs), so you could make the property 3 full bedrooms. 

Ceilings in the basement are around 7ft tall, so great for storage or man cave.

Nice metal roof that is about 6-8 years old.

Needs new HVAC, the existing one works but is older.
